My room was updated and neat thanks to the extremely helpful staff. The service was exceptional, no complaints. Soft drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. The property's location was quiet and perfect, in the area in the near future. Moreover, it's next to great pub, take aways places and a supermarket, and restauranta.

I always return here for city trips. the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first visit, and I appreciate the great amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-room breakfast. It suits all my needs perfectly!

The staff here were absolutely fantastic and super accommodating, even offering us an extra bed upgrade when we checked in late at night. We really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden area, which was such a nice touch. the only slight hiccup was the neighbors who were a bit noisy through the night, but it didn’t really take away from our overall experience. 😊.

The location was superb and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the hotel room was recently renovated and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the room was very clean and well presented.

The TV picture quality was poor and the bathroom exhaust fan was noisy. the room did get a bit stuffy at times and the air conditioning malfunctioned on the last night, but we didn't want to disturb the staff as it was late.

Our stay coincided with Easter weekend, and the front desk did not inform us that there would be limited services. Breakfast was not offered, and the room was not cleaned during our three-day stay.
